About the Role
We're looking for curious, internet-savvy interns who spend a lot of time understanding online communities, trends, creators, and digital culture.
This role is ideal for someone who naturally tracks what's happening online, understands platform behaviour, notices patterns early, and enjoys being part of internet conversations.
You will work closely with the content and social teams across multiple digital platforms.
What You'll Do
- Support community engagement across platforms like Reddit, Quora, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others
- Track trends, conversations, and creator activity in the JEE/NEET/Boards ecosystem
- Help identify emerging content formats, viral topics, and audience interests
- Assist in growing and managing digital content properties
- Monitor platform trends, audience behaviour, and online discussions
- Support content distribution and discoverability efforts
- Work with internal teams on research, insights, and content opportunities
- Maintain regular reports on trends, conversations, and content performance
Who We're Looking For
- Someone deeply familiar with internet culture and online communities
- Active across platforms like Reddit, Twitter/X, YouTube, Instagram, Discord, etc.
- Strong written communication skills
- Good understanding of digital trends and audience behaviour
- Naturally curious and observant
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving content environment
Bonus Points If You
- Have managed pages, channels, or online communities before
- Edit videos or create content
- Understand memes, trends, and platform algorithms well
- Follow the student/education creator ecosystem closely
- Spend too much time online (in a useful way)
