About Spicey Guava

We're a bold, creative, and slightly spicy boutique marketing agency specializing in F&B, beauty and lifestyle brands. At Spicey Guava, we don't do boring things. We help businesses stand out with scroll-stopping visuals and smart strategy. We're currently a team of five and we're on the hunt for a passionate, creative, and detail-obsessed intern to join the team.

What You'll Do:

You'll work closely with our social and strategy teams to bring visual ideas to life across multiple touchpoints.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Help with building campaigns for brands, planning out content for them and executing it
• Assist in creating engaging content for social media across various platforms across Instagram
• Build moodboards, social media content calendars and assist on shoot days.
• Editing video content for brands and making creatives for their social media accounts
• Researching trends and collecting references for content

Who You Are:

• A recent graduate (02 years experience), preferably studied Marketing/Mass Media & Communications/Advertising or any other relevant field
• You're a creative thinker with a strong pulse on social media trends and internet culture
• Obsessed with clean layouts, typography, color theory, and aesthetics
• Skilled in Canva is a essential
• Knowledge of AI image generation tools like MidJourney, Leonardo AI, and ChatGPT+ is a plus.
• Interested in F&B, beauty, fashion, and lifestyle marketing
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
