Role Description
Own our Instagram strategy and execution, working directly with founders to build our brand presence and engaged travel community.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars (posts, reels, stories, carousels)
- Provide creative direction with mockups and video references for our in-house creative team
- Write compelling captions and copy that drive engagement and conversions
- Understand our brand vibe and curate what to post (and what not to post)
- Source and feature user-generated content
Work Setup: Fully remote with close collaboration with founding team. Our in-house team handles photo/video production based on your creative direction.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years managing Instagram for lifestyle, travel, or design-focused brands
- Proven portfolio with measurable growth and engagement results
- Strong copywriting and creative direction abilities
- Deep understanding of Instagram algorithm, trends, and content formats
- Excellent eye for design and brand aesthetics
- Self-starter who can work independently and take ownership
Nice to Have:
- Experience with paid social advertising (Meta Ads)
- Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop)
- Video editing capabilities (Capcut/Canva/Preimer)
- Influencer collaboration and partnership management
- Background in travel or art content creation
