SOC Operator

8 Months to 3 Years of experience in Command Center Operations / GSOC / RSOC

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable working in rotational shifts

Strong stakeholder management and incident coordination skills

Ability to perform in a fast-paced 24x7 environment

• Monitor and respond to operational and security-related incidents

• Coordinate incident management and escalations with relevant stakeholders

• Maintain accurate incident logs, reports, and documentation

• Support crisis management and business continuity activities

• Ensure timely communication and resolution of critical events
