Implement and maintain controls for SOC2
- Bachelor's degree in information security, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT security, compliance, or risk management
- Proven experience implementing SOC 2 certification.
- Strong knowledge of GRC frameworks and tools.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Familiarity with DevOps principles and CI/CD tools like GitHub.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Job Description
Proven experience implementing SOC 2 certification.
_Develop and execute a roadmap for SOC 2 Type I and Type II certification.
_Map organizational controls to SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria.
_Prepare and maintain documentation and evidence for audits.
_Audit Segregation of duties and ensure compliance.
Strong knowledge of GRC frameworks and tools.
_Implement and manage GRC tools for compliance tracking and reporting.
_Conduct risk assessments and remediation planning.
_Ensure alignment with regulatory and industry standards (NIST, ISO 27001).
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
_Design and enforce security controls for AWS & Azure.
_Collaborate with cloud architects to integrate compliance requirements.
_Monitor and report on cloud security posture.
Familiarity with DevOps principles and CI/CD tools like GitHub.
_Embed security and compliance checks into CI/CD pipelines.
_Automate evidence collection and compliance reporting using DevOps tools.
_Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure secure coding and deployment practices.
