SOC Analyst L2

SystemsPlus is hiring for SOC Level 2 Analyst,

Exp : 6yr+

US shift.

Short Joiners only

• 6yr years of experience in Security Operations / SOC.
• Hands-on experience in SOC monitoring, alert investigation and security event analysis.
• Strong practical experience with CrowdStrike as an endpoint/security monitoring platform.
• Ability to perform Level 2 alert triage and investigation beyond basic monitoring.
• Investigate escalated alerts and determine whether activity is malicious, suspicious or a false positive.
• Experience supporting incident investigation, response and escalation.
• Strong understanding of common cyber threats, attack techniques and indicators of compromise.
• Experience with custom detections and custom detection rules.
• Ability to support detection tuning and improvement of detection coverage.
• Analyze security events and available data to identify potential threats and determine impact.
• Experience working with or supporting a managed SOC environment is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate closely with security teams during incident investigation and remediation.
• Maintain clear documentation of investigations, findings, actions and escalations.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently with US-based security teams.
• US working hours are required for this role.
