Key Responsibilities

• 2–3 years of experience in cybersecurity and/or SOC.
• Experience in analysis, investigation, and incident response (Level 2).
• Experience with SIEM, EDR/XDR technologies, and security monitoring platforms.
• Knowledge of threat hunting, MITRE ATT&CK, and detection techniques.
• Solid knowledge of networks, systems, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Analytical skills, ability to work independently, and incident resolution skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Systems, Telecommunications, or Cybersecurity.

Desirable skills:

• Microsoft Security technologies: Sentinel, Defender XDR, Defender for Endpoint, Entra ID, and KQL.
• Other equivalent technologies: Splunk, QRadar, Elastic, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Sophos, Palo Alto, etc.
• PowerShell, Python, SOAR, and automation.

Preferred certifications:

• CompTIA Security+ / CySA+.
• Cisco CyberOps / CCNA.
• Microsoft SC-200 and other Microsoft Security/Azure certifications.
• Vendor certifications: Fortinet, Palo Alto, Sophos, CrowdStrike, etc.
• Other cybersecurity certifications such as eJPT, GIAC/SANS, CISSP, or CISM.
