The Senior Manager Treasury will lead strategic initiatives to optimize global liquidity and cash management through structured international treasury transactions and drive transformation by implementing advanced treasury tools and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Structured International Treasury Transactions
- Support and execute complex cross-border treasury transactions, including intercompany funding, cash pooling, and FX risk management.
- Partner with tax, legal, and finance teams to structure transactions that minimize risk and cost.
- Treasury Tool Implementation & Transformation
- Lead the implementation of treasury management systems (TMS) and digital tools to enhance automation and reporting.
- Drive process re-engineering and standardization across global treasury operations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Compliance
- Lead Treasury SOX compliance activities in collaboration with the treasury team, while coordinating closely with internal audit and external treasury service providers.
- Work closely with FP&A, Accounting, and Business Units to align treasury strategies with corporate objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Chartered Account or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: 812 years in Treasury, with strong exposure to international transactions and system implementation.
- Expertise in liquidity management, FX risk, and structured financing.
- Hands-on experience with Treasury Management Systems (e.g., Kyriba, SAP Treasury).
- Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
