Role Overview:
The Head of Demand Generation will lead Pixelo's demand generation efforts, developing and executing strategies that drive qualified leads and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in B2B marketing and a proven track record of successful demand generation campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (cold email, calling, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) to drive high-quality leads
- Own SEO and paid ads strategy to support inbound lead generation
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of demand gen professionals
- Deliver weekly SQL/MQL/meeting targets; be accountable for outbound results
- Build lead-nurturing programs using CRM and marketing automation tools
- Partner with the content team to optimise outbound messaging
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities
- Manage client relationships and present strategy/results
- Get hands-on with cold calls and client calls when needed
- Align closely with sales for seamless lead handoff
- Track campaign performance and report actionable insights
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, preferably within the technology industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Content, SEO, and Paid Ads
- Hands-on experience with outbound channels (email, cold calling, LinkedIn, WhatsApp)
- Knowledge of tools such as Smartlead, Instantly, Phantombuster, Sendgrid, Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Clay.
- Proficient in email marketing, with a solid understanding of cold calling and client handling.
- Proficient in marketing analytics, with the ability to measure and analyse campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Prior experience managing a team
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs.
