The Opportunity
- Adecco is partnering with a public sector organization to support cybersecurity talent and leadership development initiatives.
- We are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Talent & Leadership Development Specialist to architect and lead talent mobility, career framework, and learning & development programmes for cybersecurity professionals, including leadership and succession pathways.
- This role will be a 12-month contract.
- Candidates who are immediately available or able to start within short notice will be preferred.
The Talent
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organisational Development, or a related field (required).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in learning & development, talent management, talent mobility, or related human capital roles.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing career frameworks and professional development programmes at scale.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and specialist professionals.
- Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and visual narratives.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Tableau or similar data visualisation tools is highly preferred.
- Experience using data analytics or programming tools (e.g. Python) is an advantage.
- Professional certifications in HR, data analytics, or cybersecurity (e.g. SHRM-CP, Security+) would be a strong plus.
Job Description
- Lead the design, rollout, and governance of comprehensive cybersecurity talent mobility and career development frameworks, including leadership and CISO pathways.
- Architect and manage a holistic learning & development strategy tailored to cybersecurity professionals at all levels.
- Define and maintain systems to track competencies, certifications, and development progress, identifying skills gaps and future capability needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for cybersecurity talent development programmes, engaging closely with leaders and participants.
- Drive stakeholder engagement by partnering with senior leaders, HR, and cybersecurity teams to ensure programme alignment and adoption.
- Establish and monitor KPIs and benchmarks to measure programme effectiveness, impact, and delivery timelines.
- Compile, analyse, and visualise programme data using Excel, Tableau, and other analytics tools to support leadership reporting.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform workforce planning, succession strategies, and talent investment decisions.
- Continuously gather feedback and refine programmes to ensure relevance, quality, and sustainability.
