Have experience of 10+ years
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance data architecture solutions on Snowflake.
- Create and maintain data models.
- Integrate Snowflake with various data sources and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools.
- Ensure seamless data flow between Snowflake and other systems, such as data lakes, data warehouses, and business intelligence tools.
- Monitor and optimize Snowflake performance, including query performance, data loading, and resource utilization.
- Implement best practices for data partitioning, clustering, and indexing.
- Design and implement security policies to protect data stored in Snowflake.
- Implement data cataloging, lineage, and metadata management.
- Automate data workflows and processes using tools like Snow pipe, Streams, and Tasks.
- Develop scripts and automation frameworks for data loading, transformation, and maintenance.
- Generate reports and dashboards to monitor system performance and data usage.
- Provide support for data-related issues and troubleshoot problems related to Snowflake.
- Stay updated with the latest Snowflake features and functionalities and implement upgrades as needed.
- Continuously evaluate and improve data architecture and processes.
- Development experience with Talend is optional but is a big plus.
- Snowflake SnowPro Certification is a must.
