Hiring: Snowflake Service Lead

Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days Work from Office)

Experience: 6–10 Years

CTC: is based on your experience and previous salary

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days (Only candidates currently serving notice)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Snowflake support/service function.
• Triage, prioritise, and resolve production issues across Snowflake and the modern data stack.
• Handle critical incidents while ensuring SLA compliance.
• Mentor and manage junior data engineers.
• Improve service desk processes, reporting, and client communication.
• Work closely with stakeholders to drive operational excellence.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake.
• Expertise in at least one of dbt, Airflow, Airbyte, or Terraform.
• Experience in production support, managed services, or service desk environments.
• Good understanding of dimensional modelling (Kimball Facts & Dimensions).
• Experience with Jira/JSM or similar ticketing tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, prioritisation, communication, and leadership skills.

Good to Have

• Experience supporting a Snowflake platform.
• Knowledge of data quality SLAs and data contracts.
• Exposure to DataHub or other data lineage/catalog tools.
• Experience building or improving support/service desk operations.
