We are actively seeking a highly skilled Snowflake Fivetran Developer to join our client's team through Acme Services. This pivotal role is crucial for designing, building, and maintaining robust data platforms in the cloud. The ideal candidate will possess strong Cloud Data Warehouse experience, preferably with AWS, and be proficient in Snowflake, Fivetran (as a mandatory ETL tool), and DBT (Data Build Tool). Experience in building comprehensive data platforms and the ability to work effectively with sales and marketing use cases are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Cloud Data Warehousing: Design, implement, and manage scalable data solutions within a Cloud Data Warehouse environment, with a strong preference for AWS experience.
- Snowflake Development: Develop and optimize data structures, pipelines, and queries within Snowflake, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.
- ETL Pipeline Development: Build and maintain robust ETL pipelines using Fivetran for automated data ingestion and transformation from various sources.
- Data Transformation with DBT: Utilize DBT (Data Build Tool) as a mandatory tool to transform, test, and document data models within the data warehouse, ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Data Platform Building: Contribute significantly to building comprehensive data platforms, enabling advanced analytics and reporting capabilities.
- Business Use Case Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to understand their data needs and translate them into effective data solutions and insights.
- Reporting & Visualization: Integrate with Tableau for data visualization and reporting, transforming complex data into actionable insights for business users.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure optimal performance and efficiency of data pipelines and warehouse operations.
Skills
- Strong experience with Cloud Data Warehousing.
