Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead & Business Consultant with deep expertise in the pharmaceutical sector to drive our next-generation data and AI initiatives. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and advanced technical architecture, leading the delivery of scalable data solutions leveraging Snowflake, Cortex AI, and Collibra.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Lead cross-functional engineering and analytics teams in designing and deploying cloud-native data platforms.
• Business Consulting: Partner with R&D, commercial, and compliance stakeholders across the pharma enterprise to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions.
• AI & Data Architecture: Architect secure, high-performance data pipelines and integrate advanced AI capabilities utilizing Snowflake Cortex AI.
• Governance & Compliance: Establish robust data governance, lineage, and cataloging frameworks using Collibra, ensuring adherence to GxP and pharmaceutical industry standards.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years in technical consulting, solution architecture, or team leadership within the pharmaceutical or life sciences domain.
• Core Technical Expertise:
• Expert-level proficiency in Snowflake data warehousing and analytics engineering.
• Hands-on experience implementing generative AI and machine learning workflows via Snowflake Cortex AI.
• Advanced proficiency in data governance, data cataloging, and quality frameworks using Collibra.
• Leadership Skills: Proven track record of managing technical teams, leading client workshops, and managing stakeholder expectations in enterprise environments.
• Work Location: Remote (UK-based).
