Desired experience: 4 to 10 years

Job location: Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune

JD-Snowflake, DBT, Data Engineer:

Build and maintain data pipelines: Design, develop, and manage scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Snowflake.

Analytical Skill: Can analyze complex on-premises SQL queries and business logic, and proficient in transforming them into optimized,

Snowflake-compatible solutions that align with cloud data architecture best practices.

Data transformation: Use dbt to transform raw data into analysis-ready datasets, implementing business logic and building semantic layers.

Data modeling: Create and optimize data models in Snowflake, often following dimensional modeling principles like Kimball.

Data quality: Implement data quality and validation techniques using dbt tests and documentation.

Performance optimization: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize database performance and queries in Snowflake.

Collaboration: Can work with cross-functional teams to understand and prioritize project requirements.

Deployment and version control: Can manage code and collaborate with other developers using Git and CI/CD practices.

Workflow orchestration: Used tools like Control-m ,dbt Cloud, Airflow, to automate and schedule workflows.
