About Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Snowflake Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, efficient, secure, and high-performing data solutions using Snowflakes Cloud Data Platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and data engineering teams to understand data requirements and translate them into robust architecture and implementation strategies.

What You'll Do:
- As a Snowflake Architect, you will play a key role in driving data strategy and enabling modern data platform solutions.
- You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimising Snowflake-based data architectures aligned with business and technology objectives.
- Design and implement scalable data architectures using Snowflake to meet business requirements.
- Develop and manage Snowflake solutions, including data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modelling.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and define effective data strategies.
- Translate business requirements into secure, efficient, and high-performing data solutions.
- Ensure data security, governance, compliance, and best practices are embedded into the architecture.
- Work with cross-functional teams to optimise performance, scalability, and reliability of data platforms.
- Provide technical guidance on Snowflake architecture, data warehousing, cloud platforms, and data integration approaches.
- Support architectural reviews, solution design discussions, and implementation planning.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- We are looking for a strong data architecture professional with hands-on Snowflake expertise and the ability to design enterprise-grade data solutions.
- The ideal candidate should have experience in modern data platforms, cloud ecosystems, data warehousing, and solution architecture.
- Strong understanding of data architecture principles, methods, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and managing Snowflake solutions.
- Experience in solution architecture with the ability to design solutions aligned with business and enterprise strategy.
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and implementation best practices.
- Experience with ETL processes, data pipelines, and related tools.
- Proficiency in SQL and ability to work with complex data models and queries.
- Knowledge of data modelling principles and techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Understanding of data governance, data security, and compliance principles.
- Exposure to big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar platforms.
- Experience in developing and implementing data strategies.
- Ability to manage projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and lead technical teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required
- Master's degree is preferred.
