Snowflake Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Solution Design: Design and develop scalable data solutions within the Snowflake platform, including data warehouses, data lakes, and data models.
• Data Migration: Participate in the design and implementation of data migration strategies to ensure seamless data integration from various sources.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Implement testing and debugging procedures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data solutions.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize Snowflake performance, query tuning, and data load efficiency.
• Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operation of data pipelines and integrations.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous enhancement of development standards, best practices, and data governance processes.
• Innovation: Stay up-to-date with advancements in Snowflake and emerging data warehousing technologies to propose innovative solutions.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data warehousing, ETL development, or data engineering roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake or other cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Azure Synapse).
• Experience in ETL tools, data migration, and performance tuning is preferred.
