Job Title: Snowflake Data Engineer

Location: Remote

Shift - 2 PM - 11 PM IST

About the Role:

We are looking for a Snowflake-focused Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize high-performance data pipelines. You will own the flow from source to insight, ensuring our data is reliable, fast, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain ELT/ETL pipelines using Snowflake as the core platform.
• Write advanced SQL and Python to transform, model, and validate large datasets.
• Optimize query performance, warehouse sizing, and clustering keys in Snowflake.
• Build and maintain star and Snowflake schemas for analytics and BI consumption.
• Collaborate with analytics and DevOps teams on data architecture and CI/CD for data code.
• Use Git for version control and peer review of all pipeline code.

What You Bring (Requirements)

Must-have:

• 4–8 years of Data Engineering experience, with strong hands-on Snowflake experience.
• Advanced SQL (window functions, query profiling, optimization).
• Strong Python (data processing, APIs, automation).
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proven experience with star & Snowflake schema design.
• Proficiency with Git and performance tuning.

Nice-to-have:

• Airflow, Azure Data Factory, or dbt.
• Data Lake architecture (Parquet, Iceberg, Delta).
• AI/ML pipeline experience.
• Real-time processing (Kafka, Spark).
• DevOps/CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
