Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop data warehouse solutions using Snowflake.
- Build and maintain data transformation pipelines for analytics and reporting.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for large datasets.
- Implement data modeling techniques to support scalable data architecture.
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and engineering teams to define data requirements.
- Ensure data quality, security, and performance optimization.
- Manage and optimize Snowflake warehouses and data processing workloads.
Key Skills Required
- Warehouse Modeling Exposure: Experience with Star Schema, Data Vault, Normalized and
Denormalized data models.
- Data Transformation / Metrics Layer Tools: Experience with tools such as dbt, Looker,
SQLMesh, Cube, or similar.
- Snowflake Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake features including
VARIANT data types, Virtual Warehouses, Data Sharing, and Data Masking.
- Strong SQL and data transformation skills.
- Experience with data pipeline development and performance tuning.
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
- Knowledge of ETL/ELT tools and data orchestration frameworks.
- Experience working with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
