Take end-to-end responsibility for service operations and overall delivery.
. Engage extensively with business users and key collaborators to ensure effective execution of responsibilities.
. Develop and maintain data architecture and data governance standards and guidelines.
. Design streamlined and optimized data architecture frameworks aligned with organizational data strategy and business needs.
. Provide guidance and support to developers and other partners on data architecture frameworks and standard processes.
. Ensure the quality of data concepts and technical implementations in collaboration with external service providers.
. Work with multiple functions to clarify user requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data integration and data availability across the organization.
A successful Snowflake Dev should have:
8-10 years of total IT experience, including 3-5 years of intensive hands-on experience with multiple ETL tools and platforms.
. Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
. Strong knowledge of Snowflake SQL scripting.
. Good understanding of Snowflake architecture concepts, including Cloud Services, Virtual Warehouse, and Storage.
. Data modeling expertise on relational databases, particularly for data warehousing use cases.
. Experience with Data Warehouse and Planning solutions.
. Experience in building end-to-end data pipelines.
. Hands-on experience in data migration activities.
. Experience building data ingestion pipelines using AWS, Azure, and GCP data services.
. Familiarity with SAP systems.
