Job Description
- Agile-oriented, analytical, problem solver
- Strong communicator across business & engineering teams
- Domain-aware (Finance, Sales, HR, etc.)
- Support Product Owner (PO) in defining and framing business needs
- Translate business needs into detailed requirements and user stories
- Define data mapping tables and contribute to data model design (Silver & Gold layers)
- Participate in dashboard and dataviz creation
- Conduct data quality evaluation of data sources
- Define and execute test plans; track and follow up on defects
- Coordinate with Data Engineers for correct implementation
- Monitor ingestion pipelines and data availability
- Respond to incidents and perform root cause analysis
- Execute operational runbooks and standard operating procedures
- Coordinate with build teams for defect resolution and enhancements
- Track operational KPIs and support service improvement initiatives
- Maintain operational documentation and knowledge assets
Experience - 3-5 Years
- Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)
- Data modelling principles
- Good SQL knowledge for data analysis and transformation
- Requirements & specification writing
- Testing & validation
- Strong communication skills
- Handon with Snowflake, dbt
- working experience on AWS
