We are seeking a highly skilled Snowflake Architect with 10-17 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing data architecture solutions using Snowflake, collaborating with various teams to ensure optimal data management and performance.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Snowflake data architecture solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to establish data pipelines and workflows.
- Optimize Snowflake performance and cost management strategies.
- Ensure data security, governance, and compliance within Snowflake environments.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
- Conduct regular performance tuning and troubleshooting of Snowflake queries and processes.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance data architecture.
Skills and Qualifications
- 10-17 years of experience in data architecture, data modelling, and analytics solutions.
- Hands on experience in Migration of Onpremises to Snowflake
- Strong expertise in Snowflake architecture and services.
- Proficient in SQL and experience with ETL/ELT processes.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their integration with Snowflake.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
