Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the migration of legacyPortalto the newEmployee Center Pro.
- Design and implement custom pages and widgets tailored to requirements.
- Migrate existing categories, catalogs, and knowledge articles to newtaxonomies and topic structuresfor improved discoverability and user experience.
- Configure and deployEmployee Relationsmodule, ensuring secure and compliant handling of sensitive cases.
- Automate HR activities and case management usingNow Assistfeatures such asCase SummarizationandPredictive Intelligence.
- Develop custom email templates, response formats, andACL configurationsto enforce data visibility and access controls.
- Create and managecustom flowsusingFlow Designerfor HR catalogs and Employee Relations workflows.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform with at least 3 years in a Solution Architect role.
- Strong hands-on experience withHRSD,Employee Center Pro,Flow Designer, andNow Assist.
- Proven expertise inportal development,widget customization, andtaxonomy design.
- Deep understanding ofACLs,email templates, andcase managementin HR context.
- Experience indata migration,content structuring, andknowledge management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist HRSD
- Experience withPredictive Intelligence,Virtual Agent, andPerformance Analyticsis a plus.
