Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division for a SMT Process Cum Service Engineer. The responsibilities include SMT machine sales & service, diagnosing & resolving technical issues, performing regular maintenance of machinery, optimising operational procedures, and supporting customer installations and service demands. The role also involves documenting processes, providing technical training, and ensuring machinery performance aligns with the company's standards and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Technical expertise in equipment diagnostics, maintenance, and repair
• Strong skills in process optimization, troubleshooting, and problem-solving
• Ability to document technical processes and provide clear instructions for maintenance
• Proficiency in communication and customer support to address client service requirements
• Hands-on experience in SMT process and machine maintenance is an advantage
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and technology
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant Engineering fields
• Willingness to work on-site in Pune and adapt to a dynamic requirements of travel within India and overseas.
