SMT Engineer

This is a full-time on-site role for an SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Engineer based in Raipur. The SMT Engineer will oversee the setup and operation of SMT equipment, ensure the quality of assembly processes, perform regular machine maintenance, and troubleshoot production issues. Other responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance production efficiency and optimizing manufacturing processes to meet quality and productivity standards.

• Experience in SMT equipment operation, setup, and maintenance
• Knowledge of process optimization and troubleshooting in electronic manufacturing
• Proficiency in quality control and inspection processes for SMT assembly
• Familiarity with manufacturing best practices and safety standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Relevant certifications or experience in EMS processes is a plus
