Roles & Responsibilities

Create programs for SMT AOI and mounting processes on Yamaha machines during new model launches and when DCN or TWN is applied.
Handle process design activities such as process flow, time study, PFMEA and process control charts for new models during development and high-volume production.
Understand customer requirements and drawings and implement them in SMT process design.
Handle regular and breakdown maintenance of SMT lines.
Handle Yamaha machines in the SMT line and check machine conditions for new models.
Handle SMT line capacity for new and existing models.
Implement Kaizens to improve quality and cycle time.
Improve line efficiency and productivity.
