Corporate Communication
Educational Qualification
Post Graduate Degree - B-Tech + MBA/ master's in communication or journalism/ MBA
Essential: MICA / NMIMS / Symbiosis Institute of Mass Communication (SIMC) / IIMC/ MCRC Jamia or similar
ii) Experience:
o Applicants should have a minimum of 12 - 14 years of work experience in corporate communication or experience of a leading national daily/ wire/ broadcast media
o They should be proficient in writing (e.g. press releases, speeches for management) and have excellent media relations.
oCandidates with experience of working in a corporate setup with substantial exposure in handling crisis communication will have an edge
oCandidates with engineering background or exposure of manufacturing sector will also have an added advantage
Main Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
oDrive positive PR for the Company
oPlan, conceptualize, and execute PR strategies to garner positive media coverage on desired subjects
oSupport in educating media on critical issues
oFacilitate media interviews for Company spokespersons
oMedia Relations:Build strong relationships with media
oContent creation:Conceptualize and draft content including press releases, background papers, OPED, media briefing documents for top management, and so on.
oExperience in writing speeches for top management will be preferred
oAgency Management:
oWork with PR agency to achieve deliverables

ogood understanding of corporate culture, systems and processes
oUnderstanding Automobiles/ automobile business and its nuances will be nice to have competencies
