Maruti Suzuki India Limited under CSR is working towards days skill development. Under this initiative MSIL is supporting in improving the ITI education through institute-based initiatives such as JIMs and Supported ITI.
The JIMs are managed directly through societies /trust, these are state of the art training facility aligned with manufacturing and service-related job roles and operate on financially self-sustainable model.
MSIL is also supporting 100+ service ITI to train youth in service-related job roles.
All these initiatives are aligned with Govt. skilling initiatives and certification.
On similar lines MSIL is also extending the skill development initiative in higher education (graduation and above) to ensure future ready manpower is available to the industry

a.Years of experience desired-12-15 yrs.
b.Nature of work experience-Manufacturing /academics/ Skill Development
c.Any industry preference-Preferably from automobile industry

.a.Develop new training aligned with new age skills
.b. Formulate framework for trainer competencies & assessment
