About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist who can lead end-to-end marketing automation initiatives, manage multi-channel campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive personalized customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience across SFMC modules, solid technical skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize Marketing Cloud journeys, automations, and campaigns
- Develop and execute personalized, multi-channel campaigns (Email, SMS, Push, Social, Web)
- Work extensively with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Content Builder
- Create dynamic and personalized email templates using AMPscript, HTML/CSS, and SSJS
- Write SQL queries for data segmentation and campaign targeting
- Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and external systems
- Manage Data Extensions, Contact Builder models, and subscriber lists
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights using analytics and reports
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technical teams to align platform capabilities with business needs
- Troubleshoot campaign issues and optimize processes for better performance
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 46 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong expertise in Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Email Studio
- Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, HTML, CSS, and basic SSJS
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and SFMC integrations
- Strong understanding of data modeling, segmentation, and campaign workflows
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM and Contact Builder
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Certifications
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator / Consultant
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer (added advantage)
