Position: SME – Techno Marketing

Location: Mumbai / Ahmedabad

Role Summary

We are looking for dynamic professionals with experience in Commercial Insurance Products and SME business handling. The role involves a combination of business development, intermediary relationship management, RFQ handling, and underwriting coordination across multiple commercial lines of business.

The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to Marine, Fire, Property, Liability, and other Commercial Insurance products, along with the ability to coordinate with insurers and internal stakeholders for smooth policy servicing and business closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition and achieve business growth targets
• Manage and develop relationships with intermediaries and channel partners
• Handle RFQs and coordinate with insurers for competitive quotations
• Support underwriting activities including risk assessment, quote comparison, documentation, and policy placement
• Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and servicing
• Maintain strong engagement with insurance companies and stakeholders
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of commercial insurance opportunities
• Support portfolio management and retention of existing business
• Provide suitable insurance solutions based on client requirements

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum relevant experience in SME / Commercial Insurance domain
• Strong understanding of Commercial Insurance products and underwriting processes
• Experience in intermediary relationship management and business development
• Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and business transactions efficiently
• Candidates from Insurance Broking background will be preferred
