SME / Sr Engineer - Platform & Endpoint Security

What Success Looks Like In This Role

The resource will be responsible for:

• Supporting the operational health of Trend Micro agents across on-premises and cloud-hosted server environments.
• Managing the lifecycle of the Trend Micro platform and client agents.
• Producing monthly KPI and compliance reports, including agent installation coverage and health status.
• Performing incident resolution and operational remediation activities for reporting and agent-related issues.
• Driving automation, operational improvements, and best-practice adoption to improve service efficiency and platform effectiveness.
• Supporting Regeneron's 24x7 server operations and security compliance requirements for the Trend Micro service.
  
  

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering (or equivalent practical experience).
• 6+ years of experience in Windows/Linux Server Administration, Endpoint Security, or Infrastructure Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Trend Micro products (Vision One, Apex One, Deep Security, Workload Security, or similar EDR/AV platforms).
• Experience with enterprise security operations, vulnerability management, and endpoint protection technologies.
