SME - SAP PP QM

Purpose of the Job:

The job holder will workas a worldwide SAP IT Expert PP, SAP PP, Logistics and overall knowledge across the SAP landscape. Will support production planning organization by process improvements in SAP PP/QM Module,In addition he/she is involved in worldwide SAP Roll Outs to other plants and works together with the local Key users. Furthermore he/she is responsible for customizing the implemented SAP environment as required.

As Lead SAP Consultant PP, in general

• As an SAP IT Expert for Production Planning and Quality Management. He/she is substantially responsible in SAP for: Production Planning, Quality Management, and Supply Chain and Logistics.
• Resposble for the development, implementation and Roll-Out of SAP in all plants globally. He/she will work together with the requestors, the global and local SAP Key users as well as external consultants..
• Responsible for the conception, analysis, testing and implemention of the SAP PP system globally.
• Collboration with the other SAP Key user, with the aim to guarantee integrated and well organized processes.Also he/she will communicate the implemented processes in our global organisation.
• In addition he/she is working on further developments, improvements and implementions of SAP PP/QM processes.

SAP PP Rollout and Support

Training of the local key users in using SAP

Working on Incidents, Change Request, and Service Request.

• discusion about addition local requirements and analysis of realisation
• test and review of the data and functionality in cooperation with the local key users
• cooperation with external consultants
• documentation of all roll out processes
• support the local key user during the implementation phase
• support and maintain local processes

1. SAP IT Expert PP, Support Key User

The job holder is also responsible for support and maintenance of the global key users in all tasks of SAP PP. He/she documents customisation, develops and maintains the training manuals and is also in charge of doing trainings.

Also he/she will be responsible for elaborate ad-hoc business analysis. And in addition he/she takes care of defining, building and implementing third party systems which are linked to SAP PP.

Professional Experience (how long)

Experience 8 to 13 years of experience in SAP -PP with 3-5 years of domain experience.
