Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP GATP SME with 12–15 years of experience in SAP Supply Chain and Order Fulfillment processes. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in SAP GATP (Global Available-to-Promise) with strong integration knowledge across SAP SD and MM modules.
The role requires working closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and global teams to design and implement robust ATP solutions in a complex enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support SAP GATP solution design, implementation, and optimization activities.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical and functional solutions.
- Configure and support SAP GATP processes including ATP checks, product allocation, and order fulfillment.
- Work extensively with SAP SD and MM teams to ensure seamless integration across business processes.
- Support and optimize intercompany sales processes and related supply chain scenarios.
- Collaborate with global business users, functional consultants, and technical teams.
- Participate in workshops, requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment activities.
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on SAP GATP best practices.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and effectively communicate project progress and risks.
- Support production issues, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
Mandatory
- 12–15 years of overall SAP experience.
- Deep expertise in SAP GATP (Global Available-to-Promise).
- Strong integration experience with:
- SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
- SAP MM (Materials Management)
- Hands-on experience in Intercompany Sales Scenarios.
- Strong understanding of Order Fulfillment and Supply Chain processes.
- Proven experience translating business requirements into technical and functional solution designs.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in large-scale, global enterprise environments.
- Ability to work independently and interact with cross-functional global teams.
Preferred
- Experience working with healthcare, manufacturing, or life sciences organizations.
- Experience in complex global environments such as Illumina or similar multinational organizations.
- Exposure to SAP APO, SCM, or S/4HANA ATP (aATP) solutions.
- Prior experience in consulting or client-facing roles.
