About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Subject Matter Expert (Sanskrit) to create and review high-quality academic content for Class 9th and 10th students aligned with MP Board and RBSE curricula. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise, content development skills, and a passion for improving learning outcomes through engaging educational resources.
Qualification & Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Sanskrit or a relevant discipline from a recognized university.
- Prior experience in content creation for Sanskrit subjects.
- Must possess a personal laptop with an Intel i5 processor or above and a stable high-speed internet connection.
- A Pen Tablet (Pentab) is required for video content creation and academic explanations.
- Proficiency in typing both Hindi and English.
- Strong understanding of board-level curriculum and examination patterns.
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in teaching, academic content creation, or curriculum development.
Required Skills
- Strong conceptual knowledge of Sanskrit.
- Excellent Hindi and English grammar skills.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace tools such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Drive.
- Ability to create accurate, student-friendly explanations and solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and content quality standards.
- Basic understanding of digital content creation tools and workflows.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and update study materials, including question banks, practice tests, quizzes, assignments, and study guides.
- Create curriculum-aligned content for Class 9th and 10th students following MP Board and RBSE Board standards.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all academic content.
- Prepare detailed solutions and explanations while adhering to prescribed difficulty levels (Easy, Medium, and Hard).
- Create engaging learning resources to support student understanding and exam preparation.
- Review and proofread content to maintain academic and linguistic quality.
- Meet weekly content production targets as defined by the academic team.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve content effectiveness and student outcomes.
