Job Description

About the role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented SME Sales Manager to drive business growth in the West Region for the electronics/semiconductor business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and business development activities across the West Region.
  • Manage and grow SME customer accounts in the electronics and semiconductor industry.
  • Identify new customers, market opportunities, and potential business partnerships.
  • Promote electronic components, semiconductor products, and related solutions to clients.
  • Build strong relationships with OEMs, and EMS companies.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including supply chain, technical support, and operations for smooth execution.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market intelligence updates.
  • Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Good to have:

  • Strong B2B sales and account management skills.
  • Good understanding of electronics components and semiconductor products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage regional sales independently.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred. Tier 1 or 2 colleges
  • Experience working with electronics manufacturing companies, semiconductor distributors, or component suppliers.
  • Strong network within OEM/EMS industry in the West Region.
  • Experience handling SME accounts and regional sales targets.
