Xperteez Technology is hiring an experienced SME Sales Specialist for an onsite sales role in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have strong international outbound sales experience, excellent English communication, and confidence handling cold calls with business owners and decision-makers.
ROLE DETAILS
Position: SME Sales Specialist
Location: Bengaluru – Onsite
Experience: 1+ years
Benefits: One-way cab + Monthly TA
Markets: UK / US / APAC
Process: International Voice / Outbound Sales
SHIFT OPTIONS
APAC: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM IST
US: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- International outbound cold calling
- Lead generation and prospect engagement
- Meeting booking and scheduling
- Live selling and seller activation
- Seller onboarding
- Objection handling and consultative selling
- Maintaining accurate CRM/ticketing records
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 1+ year of experience in international outbound sales, telesales, or inside sales
- Experience selling to US, UK, or APAC customers
- Strong cold-calling experience
- Excellent spoken English
- Experience handling objections and closing/activating leads
- Comfortable working with sales targets and rejection
- Willingness to work APAC or US shifts
- CRM experience is preferred
