Job Summary

The SME-Policy Servicing role involves managing and optimizing policy servicing processes within the Property & Casualty Insurance domain. The candidate will utilize their expertise in MS Office to enhance operational efficiency and ensure seamless policy management. This hybrid position requires rotational shifts offering a dynamic work environment without travel obligations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage policy servicing operations to ensure efficient and accurate processing of insurance policies.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to streamline workflows and improve data management within the policy servicing department.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements in policy servicing.
  • Analyze policy data to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all policy servicing activities.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for policy servicing processes and procedures.
  • Support the team in resolving complex policy servicing issues and provide expert guidance.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to policy servicing operations.
  • Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their skills in policy servicing and MS Office applications.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and tailor policy servicing solutions accordingly.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic initiatives aimed at improving policy servicing efficiency.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate policy servicing.
  • Adapt to rotational shifts to provide consistent support and coverage for policy servicing operations.

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong proficiency in MS Office applications essential for optimizing policy servicing processes.
  • Have experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain which is advantageous for understanding industry-specific requirements.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical skills to interpret policy data and drive improvements.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
  • Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and best practices.

  • Have a keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all policy servicing tasks.

Certifications Required

Microsoft Office Specialist Certification is required CPCU certification is a plus.
