Role Description

The SME (Subject Matter Expert)-Nurse Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs for nursing professionals. This role includes conducting skill development sessions, curating nursing curriculum, and evaluating the progress of trainees. The SME-Nurse Trainer will facilitate interactive learning experiences, ensure knowledge transfer, and stay updated on the latest best practices in the healthcare industry. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Strong nursing expertise with a professional background in clinical settings, including patient care and medical procedures.
• Proficiency in curriculum development, training delivery, and conducting skill evaluation for nursing professionals.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for facilitating engaging training programs and mentoring participants.
• Familiarity with emerging healthcare trends, technology-enabled medical practices, and best practices in nursing.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or relevant healthcare discipline; a higher qualification or certification in nursing education is a plus.
• Prior experience in leading training programs or as a professional trainer within the healthcare sector is highly desirable.
• Commitment to maintaining high professional and ethical standards in healthcare training and education.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
