Job description:

24*7 Network L3/SME support

Performing network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations

Performing network Service ticket and Incident resolution on routing and switching

Network Troubleshooting support for connectivity, performance issue

New deployment support with MOP preparation and execution on routing and switching

Product vendor collaboration

Service Provider collaboration

SOP preparation, review, update

Network diagram preparation, review , update

Network Audit Support.

Required skill:

hands-on experience on routing protocols(Static, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, MPLS-VPN)

hands-on experience on VXLAN operation and management

hands-on experience on NDFC tool.

understanding on HSRP, VRRP

Strong understanding on switching (nexus VPC, LACP,STP,VTP,trunking,Access ports)

network access-list management

Strong troubleshooting skill on CLI and using monitoring tools.

good understanding on Multicast protocols

Wireshark analysis

Network solution on fault mitigation

Network capacity management, optimization, and improvement

Add-on skill:

Cisco ACI

understanding on load-balancer

Understanding on firewall

Understanding on DNS functionality and troubleshooting.
