Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Hyderabad for an SME Loan Manager. The SME Loan Manager will be responsible for overseeing loan servicing, managing loan portfolios, assisting customers with loan-related queries, and ensuring effective customer service. The individual will also assess and process loan applications while working closely with financial institutions to secure suitable loan options for clients.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Loan Servicing, Loans, and Portfolio Management
- Strong foundation in Finance and understanding of financial products
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional Customer Service
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of the SME lending industry is an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
