About the Role

We are looking for a Financial Services & Payments (FSP) Industry Solutions SME to drive AI-led transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine deep BFSI/Payments expertise with AI, consulting, solutioning and pre-sales/GTM experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop industry POVs, solution narratives & AI transformation strategies
• Design end-to-end solution blueprints for banking & payments use cases
• Translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions
• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering & Delivery teams
• Drive GTM initiatives, thought leadership & client presentations
• Create scalable industry/mega-solution frameworks
• Engage with senior/CXO-level stakeholders as an industry thought leader

✅ What We're Looking For

• 12–18 years of overall experience
• Strong Financial Services / Banking / Payments domain expertise
• Experience in AI / Analytics / Digital Transformation
• Strong Consulting / Solutioning / Pre-sales background
• Proven exposure to GTM, solution blueprints and industry POVs
• Excellent communication, presentation & stakeholder management skills

Ideal Profile: BFSI/Payments + AI/Analytics + Consulting/Solutioning + Pre-sales/GTM

Bangalore is the first preference; Chennai is the second preference.
