Qualifications:
- Exp Range :- 4-8yrs
- Excellent Comm skill (verbal /Written).
- Good Typing Speed (Preferably 30 to 50 WPM).
- Exp 2 - 4 years of experience in technical trouble shooting (Preferably TAC support) for Google Workspace (GWS).
- Knowledge on any Industry Standard Ticketing tool, ITIL Framework etc.
- Associate Google Workspace Administrator certification is preferred.
