Position Summary:

Position Summary:

SAP MM Consultant is an important position in the ERP team where you will have the opportunity to partner with key stakeholders, architects, AMS providers and ensure timely delivery of compliant quality solutions in the areas of Materials Management

Responsibilities:

The primary purpose of this job is to suggest process/system improvements, deliver enhancements, system fixes in SAP (RICEFW) in partnership with our AMS providers by managing the releases in MM Procurement functionality.

.Responsible for overall release management in SAP related to Procure to Pay processes including but not limited to direct/indirect procurement, supplier management, STO, HR Minimaster integrations, Concur integrations.

.Work with business stakeholders, architects, implementation partners, and AMS providers to enable business outcomes and ensure optimal functionality of SAP.

.Provide technical guidance and effort estimates on innovative solutions to optimize business expansion, ensure they are well documented and simple to understand.

.Provide support for ongoing operations and identify opportunities to improve processes.

.Perform necessary configurations, co-ordinate with ABAP team for enhancements, create documentation and perform testing to move the certain changes to Production environment.

.Responsible for change management communication, accountable for user acceptance tests and documentation prior to going live, and post go-live production support handover.

.Ensure adherence to global SAP design and architecture and participate in architecture review boards as needed.

.Ensure proper documentation is done by the AMS and if required create appropriate documentation where necessary.

.Accountable for creating Test Requirements, Approving Test scripts, participate in Test script automation, co-ordinate test script scenarios for MM, Vendor, HR Minimaster, Concur and when required for the entire Procure to Pay scenarios including Ariba and Invoicing.

.Responsible for ensuring all changes/enhancements meet required quality and compliance requirements (GxP, SOX)

Basic Qualifications:

.Bachelor's degree in computer science, Informatics or Engineering

.Minimum 10 years of experience indeveloping and configuring solutions (RICEFW) in area of Procurement using S/4HANA Materials Management.

.Must have worked in global purchasing scenarios.

.Strong knowledge of MM Pricing Procedures, Intercompany stock transfers (3-tier), MRP, Sources of Purchase Requisition, impact of ATP on Purchase Order delivery dates.

.Strong knowledge of various procurement processes including MRO, Subcontracting, Consignment, Advanced Returns Management, Stock Transfer, MRP POs, Limit order, Service, Invoicing Plan.

.Strong knowledge of PR/PO approval workflows, PO output, PO Confirmations, impact of PO Confirmations in planning.

.Good knowledge of integration with planning tools like PP/DS, IBP with knowledge of concepts like push deployment.

.Strong in Vendor Master, Material Master, Source list, PIR, batch management, classification, Vendor partner functions.

.Good understanding in the following areas: EDI, Procure to Pay process including 3-way match and 2-way match scenarios in AP-Invoicing, tax integration, Integration with SAP Business Network.

.Knowledge in integrations technologies using SAP CPI, and experience in working with Solution manager and ServiceNow for release management.

.Good understanding of integration with other SAP modules like Sales and Distribution (SD), Finance (FI), EAM, and Logistics.

.Must have worked in testing tools with creation of requirements, test script and test execution.

.Experience in development/configuration/solutionevaluation/validation and deployment.

.Good understanding of business processes in the Life sciences/Pharmaceutical domain and compliance with GxP.

.Good analytical and communication skills ability to communicate effectively both verbally and with written communications.

.Ability to listen, hear, and translate complex business requirements in simple easy to understand language.

.Capable of managing multiple projects and competing requirements with good time management skills.

Additional Skills/Preferences

.Knowledge in: Ariba Buying and SAP Business Network, Vistex DMR, HR Minimaster, Concur, Tricentis testing tools.
