Role Responsibilities

1. Proactively monitor and troubleshoot Windows, VMWare, and HyperV systems.
2. Execute resolution steps and document issue outcomes in tickets.
3. Escalate complex issues and collaborate with L3 or vendor teams.
4. Maintain process compliance, update shift handovers, and track SLA adherence.

Job Requirements

1. Graduate in Engineering or Science with OS 201 and Windows Server certifications preferred.
2. Strong understanding of clustering fundamentals and NLB vs. clusters.
3. Hands-on experience in antivirus tools, patching, and scripting.
4. Ability to manage tickets, follow escalation matrix, and communicate with stakeholders.
