Your Role:SME e-Invoice

The primary focus of thispositionispartneringwith key stakeholders, architects,and delivery partnerstoensuretimelydelivery of compliantandquality solutionsfor thee-invoicing system includingSAP S4 Order to Cash (O2C) systems. This role will focus on understandingbusiness needs and translating them into technical solutions.

This position will report to theGroup leadand may include the following responsibilities:

Your responsibilities:

Operations

• Responsible foroverallrelease managementin SAP related toe-invoicingprocesses including incoming & Outgoing invoicebut not limited toorder management,legalreporting,and compliance, etc.

• Work withbusiness stakeholders,architects,implementationpartnersandAMS providersto enable business outcomesandensureoptimalfunctionality of SAP.

• Providesupportfor ongoing operations andidentifyopportunities to improve processes.

Delivery

• Deliveryleadson major projects/initiatives related toe-Invoice & O2C.

• Design and implement solutions that enable business outcomes and ensureoptimalfunctionality of SAP and related systems.

• Analyze,defineandassistin the deployment of SAP based solutionsfor thee-Invoice & O2Cprocesses in SAP.

• Work with businessstakeholdersandarchitectsto understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.

• Work within Elanco policies,proceduresand processes to deliverenhancements/changes.

• Responsible for ensuring all changes/enhancements meet required quality and compliance requirements (GxP, SOX)

• Ensure adherence to global SAP design and architecture andparticipatein architecture review boards as needed.

• Providetechnical guidance and effort estimates on new enhancement requests, ensuring they are well documented and simple to understand.

• Trackstatusof implementation timeline and proactively communicate risks or issues to stakeholders.

• Responsible for change management communication, accountable for formal testing and documentation prior to going live, and post go-live production support handover.

• Identifyand ensure delivery of knowledge transfer needs between process owners, business partners, and support team.

• Interact and collaborate with global,regionaland local Business Partners (Process Owners, Power Users, Business Process KnowledgeCentersand Service/Release Managers) asappropriate,tobetter understand the business and its priorities and represent their requirements.

• Engage with Global Business Process Owners & Stakeholders to understand and influence broad business strategies in the context of information technology as a key enabler and differentiator

• Work within Elanco policies,proceduresand processes to deliverenhancements/changes.

• Responsible for ensuring all changes/enhancements meet required quality and compliance requirements (GxP, SOX)

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Informatics or Engineering

• Minimum5years ofexperience in developing and configuring solutions (RICEFW) inareaofe-invoicingusing SAPSD,Document compliance.

• Good understandingin thefollowing areas:SAPGTS, EDI,SAPDocument Compliance, PEPPOL.

• Knowledge inintegrations technologiesusing SAP PO,SAPCPI,andexperience in working with Solutionmanagerand ServiceNow for release management.

• Goodunderstanding of integration withother SAP modules likeMaterials Management (MM),WarehouseManagement (WM), Finance and Controlling (FICO).

• Experience or good understanding ofimplementing e-invoicing solutions in the following countries: India, Vietnam, Poland, Spain, Mexico,Turkey,Belgium, Panama, Colombia, Brazil, Japan, Argentina, Chile, Italy.

• Experience indevelopment/configuration/solutionevaluation/validation anddeployment
