The project:
This is a complex, large scale, data centre mission critical project working with an amazing client organisation and talented Mace team. This project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism.
You'll be responsible for:
- Define and deliver Information Management strategies, standards, and ISO 19650-aligned digital delivery processes.
- Lead project IM functions, ensuring effective governance, quality assurance, and information compliance.
- Establish, manage, and continuously improve Common Data Environments (CDE) across programmes and projects.
- Coach and support project teams in best-practice information management and digital delivery.
Provide technical leadership, contributing knowledge, innovation, and best practice to the Digital
Centre of Excellence.
- Support bid development and drive sustainable project outcomes, including net zero carbon objectives.
You'll need to have:
- Degree qualification is essential with 15-25 years experience.
- Advanced technical expertise across design, construction, planning and commercial management.
- Full construction delivery data centre experience, in complex, highly regulated or mission critical projects is essential.
- Strong communicator with proven stakeholder and leadership capability.
- Professionally qualified in a relevant discipline or membership.
