SME - DevOps (DV2)

Role Responsibilities:

• Perform proactive monitoring and detailed log investigation across systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve OS, virtualization, and patching-related issues.
• Escalate complex problems to L3 and coordinate with vendors for resolution.
• Maintain ticket documentation, shift handovers, and follow escalation processes.

Job Requirements:

• Any graduate in Engineering or Science
• Certified in OS 201, Windows Server Admin, or VMware Fundamentals
• Strong understanding of clustering, NLB, and kernel patching
• Skilled in scripting for task automation and system monitoring
