Provide support to Process engineering team as an advisor
Provide guidance to program manager, principal engineer & technical manager in the right direction
Review deliverables of critical projects and documents the defects / lessons learnt
Utilize technical expertise to secure more projects through ongoing and pilot initiatives
Assist in evaluating the technical capabilities of team members
Support training and competency development, including identification of training needs, development of technical training materials
Actively support and participate in RCA investigations, identifying root causes, defining corrective and preventive actions, and driving closure with site stakeholders
Cultivate strong relationships with clients

Qualification And Necessary Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering
35+ years experience with refinery/ pet-chem background
Background of Process Engineering and thorough hands on experience of Refinery/Pet-chem operations
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
