Role Overview
As an SME Client Relationship Manager, you will manage a portfolio of SME clients, ensure their insurance needs are met, and drive retention through proactive engagement. You will build client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and coordinate service delivery with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of SME clients and ensure timely delivery of insurance solutions.
- Build strong relationships by understanding clients businesses and priorities.
- Identify and pursue new business and cross-selling opportunities.
