SME Chemistry K10 (Freelancer)

We are seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Chemistry to create engaging, age-appropriate educational content for students at the K–10 level. This flexible, remote position allows you to contribute to cutting-edge AI projects and help enhance the scientific accuracy and instructional value of AI-generated learning materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Annotate and refine Chemistry content generated by AI to ensure alignment with K–10 curriculum standards
• Provide clear and accurate explanations of key concepts such as chemical reactions, acids and bases, and the periodic table
• Design prompts and evaluate AI responses for clarity, educational impact, and developmental appropriateness
• Deliver feedback to improve the AI's conceptual depth and instructional tone
• Collaborate with AI development teams to implement best practices in science education

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Education, or a related field
• In-depth understanding of K–10 Chemistry topics and pedagogy
• Ability to simplify complex scientific ideas for young learners
• Experience in teaching, tutoring, or creating content for K–10 Chemistry is preferred
